上周小废物提到网管的职业规划是大家比较关心的，那么，下面就记述一下我认识的一位年薪35万的网管的事。（当事人姓名及公司为保密都已隐去，我们就叫她GOD）
05年我接到过一个猎头项目，找IT Admin，就是网管啊！客户不是500强，是个成长很快的德国公司。全球15家分公司里有4个网管，分别是欧洲（1）、美洲（2）、亚太（1）。亚太这个就是我这次要找的，之前在亚洲的业务都是外包给其它公司。因为公司成长比较快，客户考虑招聘一位IT Admin支持在亚洲的公公司，包括中国（天津、西安、北京）、台湾、香港、日本、新加坡。
职位描述如下：
IT Administrator (China) Job Title: Information Technology Administrator
Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer service oriented individual to work in a fun and challenging environment. The main responsibilities include but are not limited to answering user questions and resolving issues, configuring computers and accounts, and participating in individual and team projects. The person will be required to document problems and solutions as well as write end user documentation for the computing resources.
Keys to success: *Excellent communicator *Strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues *Technically savvy *Self directed without need for constant supervision *Takes initiative *Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast moving environment
Responsibilities include: •Day to day end user helpdesk •Computer backup monitoring and maintenance •New computer configuration •User account creation •Software installation •Phone installation and configuration •Writing user documentation •Various projects as assigned by IT Management
Educational Requirements: •College degree or commensurate work experience
Required Skills & Experience: •Excellent listening, written and oral communication •Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 98, 2000 Pro, XP •Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 2000 and 2003 Server •Install, configure, and troubleshoot Office 97, 2000, XP, and 2003 •Perform routine Active Directory administration •Perform routine Exchange administration •Lift 50+ lbs. and crawl under desks
